- ⅓ cup of Quinoa Crack
- 60g oats
- 6 dried figs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
In a food processor, pulse the oats until fine.
Add the figs, cinnamon & ginger and pulse until it’s all mixed together.
In a bowl, add the mixture with Quinoa Crack and flax seeds and mix well.
Use your hands to shape into small balls.
Store in the fridge.
