Cereal Crack Bars

Ingredients

  • 70 g quinoa crack
  • 40 g oats
  • 2 bananas, pureed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 20 g almonds, slightly chopped
  • 20 g pecans, slightly chopped
  • 20g goji berries
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  2. Add the quinoa crack in a food processor and pulse for about 10 seconds, until some of the quinoa crack gets crushed (do not pulse until completely fine).
  3. Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Move the mixture on a baking tray and form into a rectangle and with a 1 - 2 cm in height.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Cut into desired shapes and serve.
